| A fabulous piece, a very rare one by the famous Medallion silversmith John Wendt. Length 11" Width 3.5" It has detailed engraving, mint condition, covering the entire 5" long blade and the pointed fingers. It has a monogram on the back. It is marked 925 Ball, Black & Co. who was the retailer. Wendt did not mark his pieces with a mark of his own. This is an unusually heavy piece, well balanced. The condition is excellent. Date - prior 1865. | ||
